Masanjia Labor Camp and Liaoning Province Ideological Education School are no ordinary labor camps. Masanjia Labor Camp is a typical institution used in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, under the direct control of Jiang Zemin faction. Under the direct command and intervention of the Central Organization Department, the Central “Leadership Team to Handle the Falun Gong Issue,” the Central Political & Legislative Affairs Committee, the Central “610 Office” and the Ministry of Justice, Masanjia Labor Camp designed and implemented various brainwashing and torturing techniques against the Falun Gong practitioners. Through the aforementioned central state ministries, these techniques have been propagated to the entire nation. The techniques used on Falun Gong practitioners later extended to petitioners. This report is limited to providing evidences from Chinese Communist Party’s official documentation.

In today’s China, human body plastination has become a hugely profitable business. China is the only country where such business has been made possible by the government. The human body plastination business started around 2000 when the Chinese regime intensified its persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and continued through the peak of the persecution. This report focuses on the source of the cadavers used for plastination. The Chinese regime’s public security, procuratorate and court systems, controlled by the Political & Legislative Affairs Committee (PLAC), are not only the main agencies to persecute Falun Gong, but also the providers of “fresh human corpses.”

The WOIPFG Ebook on organ harvesting consists of 10 investigative reports. Since early 2000, the number of organ transplant operations in China increased drastically. The normal wait time for liver or kidney in the international market is usually several years. But in China, it takes only 1 to 2 weeks. The exceedingly short wait time is alarming to experts. The boom of organ transplant in China coincides with the large-scale arrest, detention and disappearance of Falun Gong practitioners. WOIPFG conducted comprehensive investigation in China and obtained evidences that prove the existence of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. This heinous crime has been committed under the systematic cooperation and protection of CCP’s judiciary system, military and armed police forces hospitals.

Transcripts of 2 telephone conversations between the WOIPFG investigator and Chen Rongshan, retired urology chief physician of the PLA 205 Hospital of Jinzhou City. In the conversion, Chen admitted organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners during a joint project with Wang Lijun.

Since 1997, Guo Chuanjie has been the deputy chief of the Party Committee at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He doubles as the Party chief of the University of Science and Technology of China since May 2003. In July 1999, he assumed the post of the deputy chair of the “Leadership Team to Handle Falun Gong Issues” at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Thus, Guo Chuanjie has been the main responsible person for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in Chinese Academy of Sciences. According to incomplete statistics since 2000, at least 29 Falun Gong practitioners who were employees at the Chinese Academy of Sciences have been subjected to different types of persecution.

The “Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings Ltd,” or Phoenix TV, is a public limited company registered in Hong Kong. On March 31, 1996, "Hong Kong Satellite TV Holdings Limited" under the Murdoch News Corporations Group, "Today's Asia Ltd" held by Liu Changle, and one of CCTV's subsidiaries "China Wise International Limited" jointly funded the Phoenix TV, taking over the Chinese channel of the former STARTV. This report looks into the Communist Party background of the Phoenix TV through its management team's connection to the regime. Evidences are provided to support the statement that the Phoenix TV is a mouthpiece media of the Chinese regime and is an important propaganda tool for the regime to persecute Falun Gong.
